Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – Additional Workshops & Webinars

This 3-day virtual Workshop is designed specifically for our TAE40122 3 day live virtual Essentials Program students and included in the course fee, this is a mandatory 3 day live virtual workshop to complete the assessment tasks and activities listed below.

The Assessment & Validation Workshop covers the assessment tasks required to be completed on 3 individuals (6 sessions in total), as well as the 9 validation activities that require access to a VET qualified Trainer & Assessor.  The VET qualified Trainer & Assessor must sit in on the simulated activity as the lead assessor.

This 3-day Workshop is available via Zoom only, at scheduled dates. Workshops run on QLD time

It’s important that anyone who is completing the Certificate IV in Training & Assessment course, has support from trainers and mentors, as you will no doubt have questions along the way.  One way in which we offer this support, is through our Live Q&A Webinars.  We run these webinars fortnightly, from 5-7pm QLD time, on a Thursday night, free of charge for our students.  They are a great opportunity for our TAE students to ask questions, and get assistance with anything that they’re struggling with in relation to their home studies.  Bookings are essential.  Once you book in, you will receive a Zoom link in the day or 2 leading up to the webinar. These virtual Q&A Sessions are free to those enrolled into the TAE40122 with RAM Training Services

This add-on workshop is available for students enrolled into RAM Training Services’ TAE40122 course. The workshop is the perfect opportunity for participants to attend and complete the PDD assessment tasks with the assessor’s guidance during the workshop day. There is some pre-course work to complete prior to attending the 1-day virtual workshop, which consists of self-paced reading. Virtual workshops run on QLD time

This add-on workshop is available for students enrolled into RAM Training Services’ TAE40122 course. The workshop is the perfect opportunity for participants to attend and complete the project task activities in the Design Cluster with the assessor’s guidance during the workshop day. There is pre-course work to complete prior to attending the 1-day virtual workshop, which consists of self-paced reading, watching pre-recorded lectures, and completing 35 short answer questions.  The short answer questions are supported by a pre-recorded instructional webinar. This 1-day virtual add-on workshop is available to students enrolled in RAM Training Services’ TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – 5-Day Face-to-Face Program or 3-Day Essentials Program. As TAEASS412 and TAEASS413 Theory booklets are not completed during the initial 5-day or 3-day workshop, this add-on workshop provides an opportunity to complete the short-answer questions from both assessment booklets with guidance and support from an experienced assessor.

During the 1-day virtual workshop, you will work through the TAEASS412 and TAEASS413 short-answer assessments with the assessor. Pre-course work is required. Before attending the virtual workshop, which includes, self paced reading, and watching some pre-recorded lectures. 

Virtual workshops are delivered on Queensland (QLD) time.

This add-on workshop is available at a Varsity Lakes office on the Gold Coast, for students enrolled into RAM Training Services’ TAE40122 course. The workshop is the perfect opportunity for participants to attend and complete the group presentations requirements. The workshop is a full day session only offered face to face. During the day participants will be able to deliver the 3 x 30min presentations to a group of 4 individuals. The additional participants are made up by other participants completing the TAE40122 with RAM Training Services, allowing participants to come together to watch each other’s presentations and be signed off by our RAM assessor on the day. This method will eliminate the need for participants to gather their own participants and record their sessions.

Professional Development Day: Saturday 18th of April 2026

This 1-day non-accredited workshop is being offered by one of RAM’s senior TAE trainers, and featuring 2 incredible guest speakers.  Available for any qualified (or soon to be qualified) trainers and assessors interested in developing their skills, this workshop will cover the following topics:

• How to Ensure LLN and Employability Skills are Addressed through your Training and Assessment – by Rob Rowe of Rowe Consulting
• How to Truly Build Rapport and Engage your Learners – by Mel Best of Satori Education
