It is RAM’s priority to ensure that our students get the support they need in order to get the most out of their studies, and to successfully achieve their upskilling goals. As part of this, we include a few added services, the majority of which are free of charge to our TAE students.

Assessment & Validation Workshop
This 3-day virtual Workshop is designed specifically for our TAE40122 Distance Learning + 3 day live virtual students.
The Assessment & Validation Workshop covers the assessment tasks required to be completed on 3 individuals (6 sessions in total), as well as the 9 validation activities that require access to a VET qualified Trainer & Assessor. The VET qualified Trainer & Assessor must sit in on the simulated activity as the lead assessor.
This 3-day Workshop is available via Zoom only, at scheduled dates.

Live Q&A Webinars
It’s important that anyone who is completing the Certificate IV in Training & Assessment course, has support from trainers and mentors, as you will no doubt have questions along the way. One way in which we offer this support, is through our Live Q&A Webinars. We run these webinars fortnightly, from 5-7pm QLD time, on a Tuesday night, free of charge for our students. They are a great opportunity for our TAE students to ask questions, and get assistance with anything that they’re struggling with in relation to their home studies. Bookings are essential. Once you book in, you will receive a Zoom link in the day or 2 leading up to the webinar. Please see the Course Dates tab for upcoming dates available, and to book in.

Refund Policy
Once a course is paid in full, no refund will be given for cancellations unless 5 business days’ notice is given (less a 20% administration fee). Should we need to postpone a course for any reason, every effort will be made to reschedule the course within the following two months. If however, this is not possible, or the rescheduled dates do not suit, participants will be entitled to a full refund.

Non-RAM Students:
$195 for 1 Presentation Day (= 1 presentation delivered)
$295 for 2 Presentation Days (= 2 presentations delivered)
$350 for 3 Presentation Days (= 3 presentations delivered)

Refund Policy
While we include up to 3 Presentation Days in our students’ enrolment, free of charge, please note that should you wish to reschedule your Workshop/s, we do require a minimum of 5 business days’ notice (prior to the Workshop date), in order to reschedule your booking without charge. Should you cancel within 5 business days of your Workshop, you will then be required to pay a re-booking fee of $99 per Workshop being rescheduled. You will be unable to book another Workshop until that invoice has been paid. If you cancel within the 5 business days' timeframe, on 2 occasions, you will unfortunately not be able to rebook, and will need to record your presentations (in front of an audience of 8 that you source yourself) in your own time, and submit for assessing.

We understand that not all training companies provide their students with extra support opportunities, so we have opened up our Presentations Days to non-RAM students as well. Unfortunately, as the course materials that you will have from your training provider, will be different from those we use, this means that our Live Q&A Webinars, and our Add-On Workshop, won’t be relevant to non-RAM students.
As many as you like! We’re here to give you the support that you need, in order to successfully complete your studies with RAM – so feel free to book in to as many Q&A Webinars as you need.
As the Zoom links aren’t of any practical use, until the time of the webinar, you won’t receive your Zoom link until the day of the webinar.
